Defending the Unborn

Ben Sasse is 100% pro-life, but it’s more than that—he won’t be merely a reliable pro-life vote in the Senate. He will be a champion for the unborn, actively working to protect the most vulnerable among us.

Advances in medicine & technology have allowed many of our neighbors to see the unborn for who they really are—human beings created in the image of God. But we must keep working to make sure that life is held sacred at every stage – from conception to natural death. The life inside a mother’s womb is not “just a blob of cells,” but a child created in the image of God who we have an obligation to protect.

The tireless efforts of pro-lifers since 1973 have made significant, incremental legislative progress towards protecting the unborn. But with the passage of ObamaCare, for the first time, Government is now in the abortion business.

Under ObamaCare, this President has forced people who respect life to pay for the deaths of innocent children. Ending this grievous, immoral government overreach will be one of Ben’s top priorities.
